Board Biographies
Stephanie Brock – Stephanie is the Executive Director of the Clarkfield Housing and Redevelopment
Authority. She also serves as the Chairperson for the Yellow Medicine County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority. Stephanie is an active member of Clarkfield Lutheran Church where she
teaches Sunday School. She and her husband Darin, reside in Clarkfield and have two children who
attend the Clarkfield Area Charter School. Stephanie’s email is: [email protected]
Nikki Linscheid - Nikki is a 3rd, 4th and 5th grade teacher and Q-Comp Coordinator at the charter
school. She has been working at the school since 2008. Nikki is married to Neil and they have three
children. Nikki enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with family and friends Nikki’s

Eric Jahn – Eric has lived in Clarkfield for 37 years. He and his wife Arica have four children, Kody 9,
Colton 7, Kendra 5, and Clayton 2. Eric farms Southwest of Clarkfield, and has also been on the
Clarkfield Fire Department for 17 years. Eric enjoys spending time at the lake with his family. Eric’s email

Doug Clevenger – Doug came to Clarkfield in 2011 to serve as pastor at New Life Church. Doug and his
wife Carol have three adult children. Doug has taught music at a public school in Ohio and has

Sara Smith – Sara has lived in Clarkfield for 10 years with her husband Dave. She has 3 amazing
boys, Brooks (7), Austen (4), Mason (4). She grew up in Montevideo and is so happy to be able
to be close to family. She is employed at Montevideo Family Dentistry. Her hobbies include
outings with her kids and motorcycle riding with her husband.
