Halls/Floors/Rooms/Beds are collaboratively managed in way that ensures no overlapping assignments or
double booked rooms for the summer. Setting conference room rates and different rates for attendees will

Room Condition Reports coupled with robust communication tools within THD can help save time, money,
and headaches! We will show you how to set up THD Mobile and Self-Service to make your check-in and

This session will demonstrate how The Conference Host creates a partnership between you and the client
when managing a conference. From collecting information about a prospective group coming to your
campus, converting that lead to a confirmed conference, and then providing a “client contact” the ability to
upload a roster of attendees and then assign them to rooms set aside for that conference – The Conference
Host Self-Service allows Conference and Event Services to empower the client to manage their conference
from submission to check-out.
Join us for an overview of room selection processes. The features built into online applications,
roommate/suitemate selection, and the actual room draw process will streamline your online room
selection process and make it even easier to manage.
Adirondack Solutions and Roompact have announced a strategic partnership together. Roompact
representatives (and a couple of Roompact & THD users) discuss what Roompact is, explain how Roompact
& THD integrate, and make a secret unveiling!
Join us for a general overview and individual discussions on the interface processes with our ERP partners
including Colleague by Ellucian, Banner By Ellucian, PeopleSoft, and Jenzabar.

See how The Conference Host allows conference managers to coordinate, track, and inform the necessary
campus stakeholders of all the event logistics for a confirmed conference. Topics to be covered will include
managing AV requirements, scheduling meeting rooms or conference event space (including prep and tear
down time allocations, and room configurations), as well as communicating with your dining services
provider counts and times for a given meal.
A strong housing selection marketing campaign will significantly increase participation and help with an
overall understanding of your selection process. Come discuss what worked and what didn’t work in your
past room selection processes. Share the successes and lessons learned with your colleagues, and walk
away with some new ideas for next year's marketing campaign!
Think alerts are boring? Think again! You can customize your self-service alerts to provide a variety of
information to your students – and in a fun and meaningful way. Come and see how we jazzed up our selfservice portal with pictures, fonts, videos, etc. We will provide an HTML handout that you can use on your
own at home!
In this session we will discuss ways to save time and increase productivity using triggers and automated
