tower!
All the cakes, brownies, cupcakes and cake pops we fill our chocolate celebration towers with are made using
delicious chocolate, but with a twist, it’s what we do best.
All our cakes are bespoke… we will do our absolute best to create your ideal cake… from design, size,
budget, colours scheme and possibly most importantly taste. Please make an appointment to come and see
us at the Chocolaterie and we can discuss exactly what you would like for your special day and give you a
personalised quote.
All our cakes are made fresh to order from excellent quality chocolate, real butter and local fresh eggs.
The price for our chocolate towers is broken down into its different elements, firstly the chocolate
tower ‘stand’ itself and then the various cakes to display on it, in this way we can quote you for the
size and design of celebration tower you would like:
1. Chocolate Stand:
Our chocolate towers are made from best quality chocolate and can be
made from either milk, white or dark chocolate or a combination of the three.
The towers are handmade and hand decorated with personalised finishing
touches. Our chocolate towers come in several sizes to suit your celebration.
The prices below are for the tower only, cakes are priced separately.
A 3-tier stand will hold approximately 30 – 40 cakes (any leftover cakes
could be kept in reserve to top up the tower as they are needed).
A 3 Tier chocolate stand (without cakes) would cost £85.00
A 4-tier chocolate cake tower will hold approximately 60 to 70 cakes, if more
cakes are required they can be kept in reserve to top up the tower as they
are
needed.
A 4-tier chocolate wedding cake tower (without cakes) would cost £125.00
A 5-tier stand will hold approximately 90 –110 cakes and again , if more cakes are required they can be kept in
reserve to top up the tower as they are needed.
A 5-tier chocolate wedding cake tower (without cakes) would cost £165.00
We can also cater for a more select gathering!
If your party is a smaller affair we can make either a single tier “Chocolate platform” or a two tier tower to suit your
requirements. Alternatively we can just provide you with beautiful little cakes to display as you wish.
2. Individual Cakes:
Our very chocolatey brownies
Dipped in your choice of milk, dark or white chocolate, topped
with a fresh chocolate ganache swirl, and finished with our
handmade chocolate decorations. These squares, circles or
hearts can be made from either our famous brownie recipe, white
chocolate blondie, rich chocolate almond cake (an excellent
gluten free option) and are available in a selection of flavours
such as chocolate orange brownie, white chocolate lemon
blondie, salted Caramel, raspberry or cherry brownie. Please ask
us for more information on flavours. The cost of a very
chocolatey brownie is £2.75 each.
Chocolate goblets
Decorated chocolate cylinders filled with luxury chocolate sponge cake
sandwiched with rich chocolate cream and topped with a chocolate ganache,
decorated with various handmade chocolate decorations. Our signature
chocolate cake is always popular but we can also make Victoria sponge, carrot
cake, black forest, chocolate orange, lemon drizzle, raspberry or salted caramel
flavours
The cost per goblet would be from £6.00 each
Chocolate Cupcakes.
Our light sponge cupcakes can be Classic Vanilla, Lemon drizzle, Mocha,
Salted Caramel, Chocolate Orange, Carrot cake or of course our signature
triple Chocolate. All are decorated with a swirl of chocolatey buttercream
topping and a handmade decoration.
Mini Cupcakes dipped in chocolate - £1.65 each
Regular Cupcakes - £2.75 each
Large Cupcakes - £3.85 each
Large cupcake with decorative wrapper - £5.50 each
A Chocolate cutting cake for the top tier.
Our own signature chocolate cake is chocolate heaven, rich chocolate sponge
with layers of fresh chocolate cream (plus a couple of secret ingredients!),
covered in our delicious semi soft chocolate truffle ganache (soft enough for
cutting!). The cake can be decorated in a wide variety of different styles to
match the theme of the individual cakes, please ask us for more information.
The cost of the cake would be from £45.00.
Strawberry or Raspberry tulip cups,
In the summer months why not add some fresh fruit to your tower? Our
chocolate tulip shaped cups are filled with either:
Strawberry truffle and topped with a fresh strawberry dipped in white
chocolate. Or White Chocolate Cream topped with fresh raspberries.
These are really best for summer weddings when the fruit is in season

Your choice of our large selection of handmade truffles. Perfect for a final
touch!

Chocolate Cake Teacups
Handmade chocolate teacups with hand piped decoration filled with delicious
chocolate cake, available in a range of flavours such as double chocolate,
chocolate orange, chocolate cherry, carrot cake, toffee cake, Victoria
sponge, lemon drizzle, white chocolate and raspberry or chocolate salted
caramel.
The cost of a chocolate teacup is from £6.50 each (depending on complexity
of decoration)
Cake pops
Cake pops are a fun American invention where chocolate cake and its cake frosting
are mixed together to form a yummy type of ‘cake truffle’ these balls of cake are then
put onto lollipop sticks and dipped in colourful chocolate and sprinkles. Cake pops
make a more unusual treat for your guests to enjoy and are a fantastic decoration for
your tables as well as on a chocolate tower. We can decorate in any colour and
design you can think of! Also available wrapped with a name tag to use as a place
setting.
Mini Cake pops £1.80
Bride and Groom cake Pops £3.50 full size or £2.50 for mini size
Wrapped cake pops to use as wedding favours - £2.00 - £3.50 depending on complexity of decoration.
Mini Chocolate Desserts
We can create mini chocolatey puddings and desserts to fit onto your chocolate
tower.
For example, chocolate cups filled with either a rich chocolate mousse, 4 chocolates
chocolate trifle, chocolate back forest gateau, cute little individual Chocolate key lime
pies or chocolate cheesecakes.
These mini desserts must be kept refrigerated until just before serving as they
contain fresh cream, and so are not practical if you intend for your celebration
tower to be on display for a long period.

We have given you the individual prices to allow you to choose the elements you would like to have in your tower. Prices
are given as a guide, and may vary slightly depending on how you choose to personalise your cake. Prices may
change over time due to changing prices of ingredients, please check with us for up to date pricing. Prices

We have a personal delivery service and we can also construct the tower (within the local area) if you wish at a modest
cost for time and mileage.
