To put it simply, fat masks flavor. Bindi Gelato averages half the fat content per serving
than the average ice cream, allowing the flavors to shine through. Additionally, gelato
is slow churned – which incorporates less air than the method used to prepare
ice cream. The result is a thicker texture that heightens the flavor sensation.
Lastly, extreme cold blunts flavors. To showcase its superb flavor, gelato is
best enjoyed at 5° F – slightly warmer than ice cream is served.
