(Grades for incoming 2017-­‐18) Each camp is listed with contact & registration information, as well as the dates and times. Camp Options Include: You may choose more than one camp! 2017 Summer Athletic Camps
OA Girls Volleyball Camp Date: Monday, June 12th – Thursday, June 15th Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM for 1st thru 4th grade (incoming grades for 2017-­‐2018) 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM for 5th thru 8th grade (incoming grades for 2017-­‐2018) Location: OA Gym Cost: $40 (includes camp t-­‐shirt) / Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Volleyball Registration Deadline: June 2nd. Late registrations accepted but may not include t-­‐shirt. OA coaching staff, current and former OA team members, and area college players will be instructors. Campers will get individual skill instruction and team play each day. OA Boys and Girls Soccer Camp (10th annual) Date: Monday, July 10th – Thursday, July 13th Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Ages: 4 years to 14 years – boys and girls Location: Gillespie Soccer Park (Delaware Rd. in Batesville) Cost: $40 (Includes camp t-­‐shirt and water bottle) and $30 (if sibling on an OA student) $70 for 2 children, $100 for family of 3 or more Team Training available, 6 or more $200 per team (we will keep them together) Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy – “soccer camp” in memo line Registration Deadline: Preregistration is encouraged but walk ups welcomed too Contact Person: Mr. Ken Getz, OA Head Boys Soccer Coach Email: [email protected] / Phone: 513-­‐407-­‐2635 Description: Campers will experiment individual skill development, team concepts, 3v3 tournament (prizes for winners) and most of all fun! Campers will be instructed by the OA staff and varsity players on how to improve their fundamental skills. The first half of the each workout will consist of individual drill work. The second half will focus on team play. Students will learn the fundamentals of singing as they apply good breath support, dynamics, and vocal expression to popular tunes. Students can also learn the fundamentals of music with beginning piano lessons. Exploring an Instrument for the Summer! Well, summer time is the best time to give it a try! Give an instrument a try for 7 weeks with no obligation. Music lessons offered include violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, Harpsicle, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, trumpet, French horn, trombone, tuba, percussion (drums or drumset), or keyboard/piano.
