Aperol Spritz 12 The Spritz is a wine-based cocktail commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy. We serve ours with Aperol and Sparkling wine. Yuzu Bellini 12 Our twist on this classic is achieved by substituting Japanese Grapefruit for the traditional peach puree; combined with Sparkling wine. Sauvignon Spritzer 12 For those whose heart truly desires a lower alcohol glass of wine with a twist; we mix Elderflower, fresh Lime, and low-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc. Rose Spritzer 12 A refreshing blend of fresh Lime, Vanilla, and low-alcohol Rose. Festive Mondays “Drink because you are happy, but never because you are miserable.” -G.K. And he'd probably have a real moustache, not a stick-on one. Tequila, Cointreau, Lime juice, ice, and salt. As per: Sterling Archer. Served shaken, in a cocktail glass. Beetroot & Ginger 16 Served shaken, over ice, with a salt rim, this Margarita variant contains the welcome addition of Almighty Beetroot and Ginger juice. Blood Orange & Chipotle 16 Served tall, over ice, with a Chipotle salt rim. A Chilli Tequila Margarita topped with All Good Blood Orange. Apple & Fejioa 16 Served shaken, over ice, this Margarita variation has added Apple liqueur, and Fejioa. Yuzu & Coconut 18 Served shaken, in a cocktail glass. Classic Mojito (non-alcoholic) 8/14 The Cuban classic: A tart and delicious combination of: Lime, Sugar, Mint, and a generous measure of White rum. Peachy Keen Mojito 15 A festive take on the classic Mojito with the festive addition of Peach and Lychee puree. Elizabeth’s Mojito 15 A regal Mojito variant: substituting Gin for Rum, and adding Elderflower. Mojito Envy All the green flavors: Pear, Apple, Mint, and Lime. 15 Mankua Mojito 15 An aromatic drink utilising 42 Below Manuka Honey vodka in place of White rum. Tequila Eastside 16 Served short, this is a classic from Milk & Honey. The drink contains: Cucumber, Mint, Lime, and Tequila, and is a superbly refreshing libation. –Christy Pope Caipiroskas “There's something about the taste of this vodka that takes the bad taste out of your mouth. I don't mean like a mouthwash, but if something bad is on your mind, this makes it go away. I have a quieter voice when I drink it. I drink gin, and once, when drinking gin, I made a large man cry. This makes you kind of sweet.” -Bill Murray Classic Caipiroska 16 The classic combination of sweet & sour, with a healthy dose of Vodka Strawberry Shortcake Caipiroska 16 A fun and exciting variation on the classic, achieved through the substitution of Strawberry Shortcake Vodka, and addition of Strawberry puree. Peach & Orange Caipiroska 16 Summer in a glass. Created by combining Peach vodka, fresh Orange, and Peach puree. Manuka Honey Caipiroska 16 A simple and effective alternative to the classic, using 42 Below Manuka Honey vodka. Tiki Drinks “Alcohol, taken in sufficient quantities, may produce all the effects of drunkenness.” -Oscar Wilde Mai Tai 17 The Mai Tai is the ultimate tiki cocktail and it is the creation of Victor Bergeron, one of the founders of the tiki bar scene. His famous bar, Trader Vic's, is home to the original Mai Tai and it is a very fine drink. Blue Hawaiian The most Blue drink on the cocktail list. Daiquris “If you were to ask me if I'd ever had the bad luck to miss my daily cocktail, I'd have to say that I doubt it; where certain things are concerned, I plan ahead.” 17 Hurricane Maria 19 Quite possibly the most tropical drink ever created. Made all the more delicious though the gratuitous use of Tequila in our special recipe. Passionfruit Colada 21 A classic Pina Colada, with the much welcomed tropical addition of Passionfruit. L.I.I.T Monday 22 Our take on a classic: Long Island Iced Tea. Stolen: White, Gold, Spiced, SX9, and Cointreau. Served with a splash of cola. SX9 Zombie 28 Legend has it that Donn Beach originally concocted the Zombie to help a hung-over customer get through a business meeting. The customer returned several days later to complain that he had been turned into a zombie for his entire trip. (Limit 2 per guest.) -Luis Buñuel Classic Daiquri 16 Daiquri is also the name of a beach and an iron mine near Santiago de Cuba. The cocktail was one of the favorite drinks of Ernest Hemingway and President John F. Kennedy. It is a delicious and simple drink using: Lime, Sugar, and White rum. Hemmingway Daiquri 16 “I drink to make other people more interesting.” –Ernest Hemingway Hemingway is famously known to have consumed six of his namesake Daiquiris on the average afternoon, but as many as twelve in one sitting when he was really looking to let loose. Strawberry Daiquri 18 A classic of the 80’s, our Strawberry Daiquri is served shaken, rather blended. Peach & Elderflower Daiquri 18 A tropical twist on the classic, utilizing Japanese grapefruit and Elderflower. Mango Passion 18 Simply sweet and delicious, A tropical blend of Passionfruit, Mango, and White rum. Bitter about Mondays “That's the problem with drinking, I thought, as I poured myself a drink. Collins “I've stopped drinking, but only while I'm asleep.” -George Best Americano 12 The 19th-century Italian cocktail the Milano-Torino consisted of bitter Campari and Martini sweet vermouth. It is said that American travelers preferred their apéritifs with soda water, so the Milano-Torino with soda became known as the Americano. Negroni 18 First created for Count Camillo Negroni in 1919, the Negroni is actually predated by the Milano-Torino. Around 1920, at his favorite Florentine bar, Negroni asked for something stronger, so the soda water was replaced with gin, and the Negroni was born. Pink Negroni 16 Light, orangey Lillet Blanc and fresh lemon juice brighten a springlike twist on the Negroni Boulevardier The Boulevardier cocktail is comprised of Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, and Campari. Its creation is ascribed to Erskine Gwynne, an American-born writer who founded a monthly magazine in Paris called ‘Boulevardier.’ 18 Bicycle Thief A crisp and bitter tall variant of the Negroni containing: Campari, Gin, Grapefruit juice, and Orange. 18 - Zachary Gelnaw-Rubin Tom Collins 14 The Tom Collins is a Collins cocktail made from Gin, Lemon juice, Sugar, and Soda water. First memorialized in writing in 1876 by Jerry Thomas ‘The father of American mixology’, this drink is served tall over ice. Pomegranate Collins 16 This refreshing variant of the classic contains the addition of Pomegranate liqueur, resulting in a slightly sweeter drink. Peach & Vanilla Collins 16 The addition of Peach puree and Vanilla syrup make this drink slightly more on the sweet side. Elderflower & Cucumber Collins 16 Quite possibly the most refreshing variant utilizing: Elderflower cordial and fresh Cucumber for a cool and tasty long drink. Grapefruit Collins 16 Possibly the first variation on the classic; straight off the list at Milk & Honey Café Mondays “My life is 50% wondering if it’s too late to drink coffee, and 50% whether it’s too early to drink alcohol.” Liqueur Coffee “It's the fine balance of caffeine and alcohol that bookends my days” -Tim Minchin -Zac Galifianakis The Espresso Martini: That classy ‘pick me up’ when out and about on that late night bar run, or the best nightcap ever! Why not break from the norm, and try these twists on your favorite coffee cocktail! Ours use Quick Brown Fox liqueur (cinnamon and coffee based) and Harpoon cold pressed coffee, with whichever base spirit your heart truly desires! Classic 16 Vodka, coffee and Quick Brown Fox coffee liqueur: A timeless classic. Mexican Redbull 10 Primarily used for medicinal purposes by renowned revelry technician Andrew Humm, this drink consists of a double shot of espresso, topped up with Tequila. Irish Coffee 12 The classic expression of alcoholic coffee: Espresso, Whiskey, and thickened cream. Spiced Rum 16 Enjoy the combination of sweetness and caramel from the rum, complementing the flavor of coffee and cinnamon. Baileys Coffee 12 Often mistaken for the correct expression of an ‘Irish Coffee,’ this variant substitutes Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur for the traditional Whiskey. Single Malt Whisky 16 The subtle hints of smoke combined with coffee make an amazing and moreish drink. Cinnamon Bourbon 14 This drink is a classic liqueur coffee with the addition of Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire cinnamon bourbon. Maple Bourbon 16 Maple bourbon, coffee, cinnamon topped with grated 72% cocoa dark chocolate. Butterscotch & Hazelnut 14 Another drink for those with a sweet-tooth, using Butterscotch liqueur and Franjellico. Chocolate Coffee 16 For those inclined to indulging in the occasional Mochaccino; this is essentially the dairy free, alcoholic variation. The Spirit of Mondays Premium Spirits List “Cheap booze is a false economy.” -Christopher Hitchens, Hitch-22: A Memoir Brooklyn 18 The Brooklyn is one of five cocktails named for the boroughs of New York City. It resembles a Dry Manhattan, but with the addition of Maraschino liqueur. Aviation 18 The Aviation was created by Hugo Ensslin, head bartender at the Hotel Wallick in New York, in the early twentieth century. The cocktail consists of: Gin, Maraschino liqueur, Crème de violette, and Lemon juice. It is served straight up, in a cocktail glass. Hole in the Cup 18 Created by master bartender Lauren McLaughlin, this combination of Pineapple juice, Lime, Tequila, and Absinthe; disappears as quickly as the name implies. Boysenberry & Port Old Fashioned 18 Crafted by renowned cocktoligist Joel Christian in the early years of the 2000’s; this delicious blend of Boysenberry, Port, and Jim Beam Small Batch is simply superb. Old Smokey Bastard 18 An unexpected but amazing combination of: peaty whisky, sweet maple syrup, lemon zest, and bitters. Corpse Reviver #Blue 18 Popularized by the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book by Harry Craddock, this classic cocktail is part of a succession of "Corpse Revivers" originally devised as a hangover cure. An ice-cold nip of this elixir is refreshing, astringent, and strong enough to perk up the senses.
