Dear Parents/Guardians:
On Monday, November 21st between 6:00-8:00pm, and Tuesday, November 22nd
between 1:00-3:00pm you will have an opportunity to meet with your child’s teachers to
discuss their progress in school. Early dismissal days will be in effect on those days. The
students will be dismissed at 12:35pm. For your convenience, we are planning to arrange
appointments, when possible, which best suit your schedule.
Please complete the Conference Request Form on the back of this page with your
first and second choice and return to your child’s homeroom teacher by MONDAY,
November 7, 2016. Also, indicate if you wish to meet with special subject teachers and if
you have other children attending ABIS. A confirmation of your appointment will be
sent home prior to your meeting. (Note: If you do not wish a conference at this time you
are asked to indicate that preference by checking the appropriate line and returning the
form.)
If you are unable to attend on the designated dates, you may also contact ABIS staff
using their email addresses. Go to our website, www.manvilleschools.org, locate ABIS,
and then search the directory located on the top right of your screen to find the individual
teacher you wish to reach for information.
