Hyksos 1650 to 1350 BCE (The ‘Heka-Kheswet’)

Representing the Canaanite tribes which settled in and eventually took control of Lower Egypt
following the instability which arose at the end of the Middle Kingdom. They established their
capital at Avaris in the Eastern Delta. Their domains extended from Northern Egypt through
to Southern Canaan.
