A fundamental recovery skill is learning to know, feel and express our emotions. Join us for a
viewing of Pixar’s Inside Out (complete with movie snacks!) in which the characters Joy, Fear,
Anger, Disgust and Sadness work through change in a young girl’s life. This animated movie
shows us how emotions can shape how we perceive the world, express ourselves, and respond
to life experiences. Stick around after the film for an interesting discussion about the
connections between emotions and substance use. Sure to be a great night!
This is a viewing and discussion evening for adults who are concerned with their substance use.
Snacks, coffee, and tea provided. Please let us know any dietary restrictions in advance.
No fee. Bus tickets are available upon request. Movie to begin promptly at 6:00 pm.
