Doyle’s Café Banquets and Events
General Information
Doyle’s Café offers three event spaces, including one large private function room. We offer
custom banquet menus based on your event needs. For groups of 20 people or more, we
encourage you to select from our banquet packages.
Room Rental Fees and Capacities
We offer three event spaces within our restaurant, including one private banquet room. Please
contact a Doyle’s Café Event Manager for location specifics. We will assist you in selecting the
most accommodating space for your function.
Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your event. Should you need to cancel, we ask that you
provide Doyle’s Café a 7 day notice. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, your
deposit of $100.00 will be forfeited.
Service Charge and Tax
All applicable sales and state tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your total bill. Depending on
party size, additional setup fees may apply.

Doyle’s Café Banquet Acknowledgement Form
Thank you for choosing Doyle’s Café for your upcoming event. Please review the information on
this contract carefully. The details described in this contract are to ensure that you, the guest, and
Doyle’s Café agree to the terms of the contract and ensure a wonderful experience.
Deposit: To secure your event, Doyle’s Café requires a $100.00 deposit at the time of your
reservation.
Guarantee: We’ll need a final confirmation of guaranteed number of guests 72 hours prior to
your event (excluding weekends and holidays). If you do not contact us with your guaranteed
guest count, your estimated count will become your guaranteed count.
On the event date, if the number of guests exceeds the total specified in the contract, charges will
be increased accordingly. If the number of guests is smaller than originally specified, the
guaranteed number of guests will still be considered your final count.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to your event. If you cancel within the
7 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
Menu Selections: Final menu selections are due to Doyle’s Café 72 hours prior to your event.
Some items are special order and may not be available with short notice. Any substitutions to
preset banquet menus may result in additional charges for items ordered.
Reservation Time: During peak seasons, more than one reservation is made per day. All time
slots are based on availability. It is recommended that you tell your guests to arrive early to allow
for parking and begin your event on time. Events will end at designated time outlined in our
contract.
