User Registration

 User Registration To access e‐Banking services, customer must be registered as a user. To register with the e‐
Banking service you need a valid CNIC, email address and mobile number. You can access the e‐Banking channel provided: - You have any saving/current account product, - Your customer type in the account opening form was individual or proprietorship and; - If you have joint account then your operating instruction is as singly/either or survivor. Please ensure your information is updated with us. To check please call NIB Phone Banking at 021‐111‐642‐111. To get your latest information updated please fill and submit the Contact Information update form available at the NIB Bank branch. Following are the steps to register and create user id/ password to access e‐Banking services: Step 1: Click on the e‐Banking Login link available on the NIB Bank website www.nibpk.com Or enter following address in your Internet Browser: https://ebanking.nibpk.com/nib/ Login page will be displayed. There is a link “New User? Register Here” on the top right hand side of the page. Click on it (see the circle on the screen help below). e-Banking Services – User Guide
Next page will display the e‐Banking Terms and Conditions. Carefully read the T&C. Select the “I accept the above Terms and Conditions” check box at the bottom of screen. And then click on the Accept button (see the circle on the screen help below). Next page will ask for your personal and contact information to verify and authenticate the credentials. e-Banking Services – User Guide
Kindly ensure that you enter the information as provided to us with the Account Opening form or as registered with us. After entering the required information click on the Submit button at the bottom on the screen. Please note: You will not be able to proceed to next page if information provided here does not match with our records. Also expired CNIC will not be acceptable. If you receive error message saying "Invalid Credentials” this means your provided information is not correct or updated with us. The Submit button will take you to Step 2 of the Registration process. A Security Token will be sent to your registered email address. You will be prompted to enter this token at a later stage during registration process. Step 2: To avoid phishing (where illegal websites try to disguse themselves as the legitimate website) all accounts under your relationship will be displayed at this stage for your review, so you can be sure that you are connected to the NIB Bank’s e‐Banking website. Click on the Verify your Accounts button on the bottom to proceed to the next step. Step 3: On this page you are required to enter the Security Token sent to your email address after Step 1. e-Banking Services – User Guide
The token sent on your email address is valid for 24 hrs only. If you have not received the token on your email or token is expired, you may click on the link “Regenerate Token”. This link will send a new security token to your email address. After entering the security token, click on the Submit button to proceed to next step. Step 4: This is the most important step in the registration process. Here you will define the security credentials that you will be using going forward to access the e‐Banking services. User Name: You are required to choose a User Name here. This is the user name you will require to use every time you login to the e‐Banking services. e-Banking Services – User Guide
After entering the user name click on the “Check Availability” button to validate that the user name is available and not taken up by any other customer. You will also be provided with the suggestions for the available user names to select from. Security Questions and Answers: Security Question is something that you will be required to provide Answer to whenever you have forgotten your password and reset your User ID. The Security Question may also be asked at other options within e‐Banking services where we require any further confirmation of your credentials. You have to select three (3) Questions and provide their Answers. You are provided with a list of Questions from which you can select your relevant or appropriate one, and then enter the Answer to it. Choose a Password/Confirm Password: Please enter a password here and confirm it. This is the password that you will require to enter everytime you login and gain access to NIB e‐Banking services. Here are the few rules that you need to follow for the password creation. This is to ensure that the strength of the password defined is strong and cannot be easily guessed by anyone. After providing all the required information as mentioned above, click on the Submit button. This will create the User Account for you with the provided User Name and Password. A Security Token will be sent to your mobile number via SMS message. You will be required to enter it during your Login to e‐Banking services, only for the first time. Confirmation message will be displayed on the page for successful registration. You may click on the Login link provided here to access the e‐Banking Login page.
