MEET THE CAST
GLEE by the Bay Cast a BIG HIT!
This June our own GLEE by the Bay Cast was
invited to perform on the AT&T stage at the
San Mateo Event Center. They gave two very
exciting performances. The first day, Joletta,
did an amazing rendition of Dog Days Are
Over. Changing the lyrics to Dark Days Are
Over the full cast performed along side
Joletta, in what was considered one of the best
full ensemble of the day. Other performances
from day one included Alyssa’s inspiring per-

formance of the song Bottle It Up. But we
must make mention of Amanda’s fun and
exciting lead performance during the song
Loser Like Me! Day two brought even more
energy from both the performers and the
crowd. The energy was so great it drew the
attention of some of the crew from the
highly acclaimed Tower of Power set, who
came over to watch and compliment our performers. Day two included an a flawless
performance of Who Says sung by Reagan,

Yin & Jomar performed an eye catching version
of Breakeven by The Script and the show ended
with a heartfelt version of Get It Right performed
by Riju and Kaylie. Back up singers Autumn,
Rainne and Sumi provided smooth sounds during
performances during the energy filled event.
So what’s next for the GLEE by the Bay Cast?
It’s time to hit the recording studios and start
laying down original tracks performed by our
cast, while preparing for future performances this
Summer & Fall.

CHEER CAMP IS COMING!
It is an exciting time for our Cheer Teams ! It is CHEER CAMP TIME. For those who have ever attending cheer
camp (overnight or day camp), you know how fun and exciting it can be! If this is your first time, don’t worry
we have experienced coaches and team members who will show you the ropes! Camp is a very important part
of Summer Training. At Camp members will learn very important stunt training & safety rules, learn the latest
cheers; chants; competition techniques.
Every team member is required to attend. Class members are permitted to attend, as you will
benefit greatly each participant. First camp payment is due when we resume practice on June
26. Final payment is due July 15th or you can pay the full fee in advance.
As mentioned in the cheer camp flyer sent out a while back, Parents are allowed to stay at the
camp both days from 8-4pm (parents are not required to stay). Every year many parents join
us for this fun adventure. It’s a fun event and we are sure you will enjoy sharing it with your
child.

CAN NEW MEMBERS STILL JOIN?
We have received many inquires over the last few weeks asking if new members can still
join? YES, 100%, members can join the gym at ANY TIME. However the best time to
join is during the months of April-July. These months are valuable conditioning months
and allows the member to participate in camp. After July 15th, members who join may
will still have an amazing experience and will enjoy many competitions. However, depending on their start date they miss out on a competition or two.
So, tell your friends who have been asking—Yes, there is still time to join! And the great
news is the member who refers a new member receives a referral fee credit to their account and family members receive a long term season discount.

CHEER UNIFORM PAYMENTS ARE DUE! Members who started
prior to April 1st, your first 2 payments are past due. If you joined after April 1st, please review your payment schedule. As mentioned our
gym does not send out monthly invoices (unless directly requested).
Members should refer to the team handbook for payment, competition
and event schedules. Uniforms are currently in the process of being
ordered, to avoid delay in your uniform please make sure your payments are in or you speak with our staff to make necessary arrangements.

 New members received their Team Handbook at time of enrollment, current members received their copies at practices the first two
weeks of March. If you missed these practices and need a handbook you can download online at http://www.rawtalents.org/

dates for uniforms, camps and competitions. It is the member’s responsibility to know when payments are due and to pay them in
a timely fashion, reminders will not be the responsibility of the coaches or the training facility.
