General Information
All Inclusive packages include immaculate accommodations,
delicious and plentiful family-style meals (2 or 3 meal plans
available), endless activities & amenities, spectacular nightly
entertainment, and our traditional warm hospitality!
- There is one complimentary package for the group leader with a
minimum of thirty adults and 2 comps with a minimum of 50.
- For your convenience, shuttle bus transportation is provided on
the premises. Continuous rounds are made, stopping at numerous locations on the resort grounds.
- All reservations require a minimum deposit of $50.00 per room.
Four months cancellation notice is required to refund group
deposits or as specified on your contract.
- One bill will be presented for each group unless arrangements
for separate bills are made in advance by the group leader.
- Full payment of the bill is due before departure. Acceptable
forms of payment are personal check, traveler’s check, VISA,
Master Card, Discover, American Express or cash.
- Wheelchairs and handicapped aids (such as toilet bars, toilet
booster seats, tub bars & tub seats) are available on a first-come,
first-served basis.
- Transportation arrangements are made by each individual group
and are not part of the package price. Please call if transportation
assistance is needed.
Please Note: Special requests for guest placement in rooms near elevators
and with ADA facilities will be accommodated based on availability.
Woodloch does not have personnel with the expertise to provide personal
physical care to guests. If this service is required, guests must make those
arrangements on their own before arriving at Woodloch.

C. Classic Standard Timberline/Gateway rooms are warmly decorated
with a country rustic charm. Featuring a bedroom and living room area
divided by an accordion door. Two queen beds are located in the
bedroom, with two single day beds in the living room area. Rooms have
two televisions and sleep up to six.
D. Deluxe Lakeview Greenbriar/Mountain Laurel rooms featuring two
queen beds and a double pullout couch in one large room, complete
with private balcony and view towards the lake. Rooms have one
television and sleep up to six. Greenbriar features indoor access to the
Main Dining Room and the Heritage Nightclub. Mountain Laurel
features indoor access to the Pool & Sports Complex.
E. Edgewater Suite Springbrook/Mountain Laurel rooms are
one-bedroom suites featuring two queen beds in the bedroom and one
queen pullout couch in the living room, complete with private balcony
and a view of the lake. Rooms have two televisions and sleep up to six.
Springbrook features two full baths while Mountain Laurel features
one bath, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Both buildings provide
indoor access to the Pool & Sports Complex.

Your day will feature a soulful Motown musical performance with live
