Bingo and Baskets
The PTO is excited to bring Bingo and Baskets to Antioch Elementary!
This spring fundraiser will include:
 Family Bingo
 Over 30 Themed Raffle Baskets
 Silent Auctions
 Food Trucks
The funds we raise will be used towards enhancing Classroom Libraries,
School Beautification, and Technology.
When: Friday, February 24th 5:30-8pm
Where: AES Cafeteria, Media Center and Gym
Preview the baskets in the Media Center from 2/21-2/23
7-7:30am and 2-3pm daily
Can’t make the event? Purchase raffle tickets and enter
them into your favorite baskets during preview week!

FAQ
1. What is Bingo and Baskets?
Antioch usually participates in Boosterthon each year as a Spring fundraiser. Since Boosterthon takes a large portion
of the donated money to help put on that event, the PTO decided to try a different fundraiser called Bingo & Baskets.
All funds raised through Bingo & Baskets will remain at Antioch.
2. What will the classroom baskets contain?
Each class was assigned a basket theme. The Room Parents are collecting items or donations to put together a
generous classroom basket that will be available to bid on at Bingo & Baskets. Keep in mind that we need your help to
make these Baskets a success! Please consider donating towards your class basket.

How do I bid?
You will place your ticket(s) in the bins of the basket you wish to win (you can put more than one ticket in each bin) and
at the end of the event, a winning ticket will be drawn from each basket’s bin. If you win a particular basket, you will
be able to take it home with you the night of the event.
4. What if we can’t attend the event, but still want to bid on a basket?
All baskets will be displayed February 21st – February 23rd in the Media Center. You can view and bid on the baskets at
that time. All winning tickets will be drawn the night of the event. If you are not in attendance, you will be notified by
a PTO member to coordinate pickup.
5. Will there be a silent auction?
Yes! The night of the event there will be several silent auction items to bid on. This will include special events
provided by our teachers, PTO sponsored items, and Mrs. Keziah’s kid-created classroom canvas artwork! Check
www.antiochpto.org/bingo-baskets for updates on these items.
6. Where do I get the tickets for the event?
All tickets can be purchased by completing the order form attached to this flyer and returning it with payment (check
or cash) to your child’s teacher. The PTO will collect all order forms and money from your child’s teacher and will have
your tickets available at Will Call the night of the event. If you cannot attend the event and still wish to bid on the
baskets, you can purchase tickets in the Media Center during the Preview Hours of 7:00am – 7:30am and 2:00pm –
2:30pm; February 20th – February 23rd.
7. How much are the tickets?
You can purchase tickets ahead of time for a discount in bundles. Six tickets are $5, 13 tickets are $10, and 30
tickets are $20. You can buy as many bundles as you like. The night of the event, tickets will be available for purchase
at $1 per ticket.
8. How do I purchase Bingo Boards and how much are they?
Bingo Boards can also be purchased on the order form portion of this flyer. Bingo Boards can be pre-purchased for $2
per card, or $5 for 3 cards. The night of the event Bingo Boards will be available for $2 each.
9. Will we be able to eat at the event?
Yes! Two Food Trucks will be available at the event for dinner and TCBY will sell frozen yogurt for your sweet tooth!
We encourage you to pre-order your dinner items by completing the attached order form and returning it with payment
(check or cash) to your child’s teacher. Your payment coupon will be at Will Call along with your Raffle Tickets and
Bingo Board purchases. You will present the payment coupon to the appropriate Food Truck.
10. Can I bring children that do not attend Antioch?
Yes! Anyone is welcome to attend this fabulous night! Bingo and Baskets can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of
age!
11. Can anyone make a donation to the event?
Yes!! Anyone can make a donation to Antioch Elementary. All donations can be made online at www.antiochpto.org.
