Carbquik Pizza Dough
Ingredients
1 1/2 Tablespoons Yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 cups Carbquik
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
Soften yeast in water and sugar, let sit for a few minutes. Add the
Carbquik and baking soda. Knead 2 minutes. Roll into 2 12" circles, using a little Carbquik to keep it from sticking to the rolling
pin. Put it on a greased pizza pan, brush with TCO. Let it sit for
about an hour to rise. Add pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 425
degees for about 15 minutes.
Serving Notes
Will make a total of 8 slices and 2 slices equals 1 serving. You
can add your favorite condiments, top it with your favorite CAT I or
CAT IV, and any of your CAT II veggies for a complete meal.

Carbquik Pancakes

4 egg whites
1 1/2 cups Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla Milk
2 Tablespoons TCO
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Splenda
1 (1/2 ounce) package Butter Buds
2 cups Carbquik
Directions
Beat eggs whites with a fork until frothy. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with a fork until smooth. Spray heated griddle with Zero-Calorie cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter on heated griddle
for each pancake. Flip pancakes over as soon as they are puffed
and full of bubbles, but before bubbles break. Cook other side until golden brown.
Serving Notes
Makes 12 (1/4 cup each) pancakes. Counts as a CAT II. May
have 6 pancakes for a complete Thrive! approved meal, OR 3
pancakes with a CAT I OR CAT IV for a complete Thrive! approved meal.
3 Tablespoons Brommel & Brown Butter
3 Tablespoons TCO
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 cups Splenda
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup Carbquik
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use Zero-Calorie cooking spray to
spray the bottom and sides of square pan, 9X9X2 inches. Melt
Brommel & Brown, TCO and chocolate in double boiler stirring
constantly. Cool slightly and add Splenda to chocolate mixtrure
and blend well until smooth. Beat vanilla and eggs in medium
bowl with electric mixer on high speed for 5 minutes. Beat in
chocolate mixture on low speed. Beat in Carbquik just until blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 15 to 20
minutes or just until brownies spring back in the middle and begin
to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire
racks. Cut into 4 rows by 4 columns.
