30 JUNE 2015: helloworld agents will gain valuable insight, training and tips at the 2015 Fares
at the Fair national product training event kicking off on 1st July.
Starting in Perth, the annual event will travel to five capital cities Australia wide to connect
helloworld agents directly with airline partners and keep them up to date with fares,
products, changes and tips.
“At helloworld we focus on providing our agents with the tools, support, products and
training they need to shine. Fares at the Fair is a great opportunity for our agents to hear
directly from our airline partners and stay up to date with the latest deals and products,”
says Julie Primmer, Head of Branded Network helloworld.
“We are excited to be working with our in-house consolidator, Air Tickets for the 2015 Fares
at the Fair. They will deliver quality training to our agents and equip them with the tools
and solutions they need to optimise their success,” added Julie Primmer.
In addition to featuring Air Tickets, helloworld has partnered with an average of 10 airlines
per state.
Air Tickets sells airfares on behalf of over 100 international airlines to over 2,500 travel
agents across Australia.
Fares at the Fair is one of three annual national product training events hosted by
helloworld and is yet another critical component of helloworld’s value proposition which has
seen the delivery of more than seven training events this year.
The dates of the events are as follows:
Perth: 1 July 2015 at Goodearth Hotel
Brisbane: 14 July 2015 at Pullman King George Square
Sydney: 15 July 2015 at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport
Adelaide: 21 July 2015 at Hackney Hotel
Melbourne: 23 July at Swanston Hotel Grand Mercure
