Flexible Purchase and Financing Options
Regardless of which option you choose, to make your digital transition as smooth as possible, Sony will deliver the equipment to
your theater, install the equipment and maintain it for top performance for the life of your 10-12 year contract

Lease Program: Enter into a lease arrangement with Sony. You get complete digital cinema systems for all of your existing
first run complexes for a fraction of the system’s direct sales price. With this option, Sony will finance the deployment subject
to your credit approval. Through Sony’s relationships with all the major studios as well as a bevy of independents, we can
greatly reduce your total cost of ownership for this equipment, since the exhibitor’s capital contribution is a minimal amount
of the systems’ actual total cost.

Exhibitor Managed Financing Program: Alternatively, if you choose to finance the digital conversion, Sony can
accommodate you as well. Through our Exhibitor Managed Finance Program, you can purchase the equipment from
Sony outright and for a fee have Sony manage VPF administration (Virtual Print Fee subsidized by the movie studios) on
your behalf. Exhibitors installing Sony 4K through this program get exactly the same equipment and services options as
our Lease option but maintain the financial flexibility that comes with asset ownership.

Direct Purchase: Exhibitors not interested in leveraging the available VPF programs may purchase the equipment directly
from Sony and own it outright.
