SUBMISSION FORMAT
 Softcopy (Electronic) – The delivery of the softcopy version of the logo must meet the following requirements:
 The file delivered must be in PDF, JPEG, PNG, or PSD (Adobe Photoshop) format with all fonts embedded.
 The resolution must be at least 300 dpi at 100% zoom.
 Hardcopy – The submission will be scanned at 300 dpi. The delivery of the hardcopy version of the logo must meet
the following requirements:
 The logo should be printed on an 8.5” x 11” size paper or smaller.
NOTES ON SUBMISSIONS
All color logo submissions will be converted to grayscale unless otherwise indicated. In addition, no proofs will be
given. It is recommended that for highly detailed prints the logo be submitted electronically (softcopy). Electronic
submissions should be sent to [email protected].
