The tank size represents the diameter and the tank height. The tank
height is measured from the floor to the nylon seal ring on the top of the
tank. This measurement will typically be within 1" of the values above.
The diameter can be determined by using the circumfrence and dividing it
by 3.14. The diameter should be within 1" of the values above. There is
also a tag on some tanks that may have the four digit number that
represents the sizes above. For example, a 10x54 tank would have 1054
on the tag.
