Escalib Mills modules
must be loaded as shown
below.They must be firmly
strapped in place to avoid
any risk of shedding during
transport.
Each standard Escalib Mills
module (1.68 x 1.68
overall) should be upright.
The bases should be on
their side, alongside the
modules.The top barriers and uprights can be put inside
the modules

or container transport, the Escalib Mills modules are
supplied disassembled. When assembled, they are the
same shape as the welded modules and are fully
compatible. The uprights, stringers and steps are
supplied as separate parts ready to be bolted together
. The base is used as a template for assembly.
12 m flatbed: 7 modules and 7 bases
13.50 m flatbed: 8 modules and 8 bases

as a kit to be bolted
together.
Once the components have been bolted together , the
guard rails should be fitted as for a standard module .
Detailed instructions are
supplied with the kit for
quick and easy assembly.
Module kits are supplied
with tools and all fixings.
The specifications for
strength, use and
assembly given in this
manual are valid for
bolted modules.
