Make sure to check for athletes that are entered in too many events before your meet especially
with the relay rule.
Make sure that you clerk each relay by getting the name of each athlete that is planning to run.
After each relay, go into Hy-Tek relay menu and move the 4 athletes that ran into the top 4 places
and the alternates into positions 5 and 6. You must do this for all the teams that ran, not just the
ones that qualify.
If a relay team is disqualified for some reason, make sure that you DQ in results and shown in the
relay menu the 4 athletes that were on the track as well as the alternates in places 5 and 6.
Please delete any athlete that is no longer eligible as an alternate for a relay at the qualifier
because he/she entered/competed in 4 events.
Track Information:
Only flats or 1/8 inch spikes will be allowed on the track surface.
Tape, chalk, or any other material that will stain, damage, or permanently mark the

or pole is not legal, it will be impounded and returned at the conclusion of the event.
