In the 2,002, with the opening of the first restaurant located on Calle Huelva, the Spanish adventure began. After a difficult start, the restaurant became known for its cuisine, its customer service and by being different the other theme restaurants as a result both of its traditional menu and its authentic Italian cuisine. This was confirmed with the opening of a second restaurant on the beaches of Zahara de los Atunes. The Restaurante Al Solito Posto Zahara relies on the agricultural and fish products of the area, which opens a whole range of options for cuisine of the highest quality, with good vegetables, freshly-caught fish, seafood and, of course, the supreme king of the Cadiz coast: The Red Tuna of Almadraba. The “Famiglia” grew making it possible to open a third restaurant, again in Seville but this time in the Plaza de la Alameda, as the progress of the first Al Solito Posto favoured the transfer. With three venues, one in the Plaza de la Pescadería, another in La Alameda and a third in Zahara de los Atunes, Al Solito Posto is an important representative of Italian food in Andalusia.
