Instructions for Parent Evening On Line Booking System
The school are currently trialling an on line booking system for parents
evening. To book to see a teacher at Parents Evening please follow the
instructions below.
1. Log on to https://kevi.parentseveningsystem.co.uk/ and you will
see the log on screen as shown below.

2. Enter your child’s preferred first name and surname followed by
their date of birth and this will take you to the Welcome screen.
3. Click onto the green tick for a list of your child’s teachers available
for appointments.
4. Click on the “Continue to Book Appointments” button.
5. Your preferred time slot can then be booked by clicking on the Book
link.
6. Appointments are for 5 minutes and the system will not allow you to
book without a 5 minute gap in between.
7. If you are having problems with the system or do not have internet
access please contact the School Office and ask for Ms. Coughlan.
