International Studies Magnet Program Sunset Elementary School When selecting students for the International Studies Magnet Program at Sunset Elementary, the following criteria will be used: 1. Children must be six (6) on or before September 1st in order to be eligible to enter first grade 2. Testing for first grade applicants or Foreign Language Proficiency Test for second through fifth grade applicants 3. Report Card of student academic and conduct grades from current school year 4.
