Now our slow smoked meats and 13 side dishes,
made fresh from scratch, set the standard for BBQ
catering on the suncoast.
Our food, along with our professionalism, courtesy

1. To assure quality service and menu item availability,
please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
2. We do not accept orders placed online (via email,
Facebook, text or voicemail) or sent from our website.
3. Disposable plates, napkins and personal and serving utensils
are offered for an additional charge.
4. Delivery is available on $250 minimum orders before
sales tax. Delivery fees within 5 miles: $25 (business),
$
20 (residential), $35 to any beach venue or Key address.
Beyond 5 miles: please ask about additional charge.
Payment is expected prior to delivery.
5. We can provide professional on-site service (set up, buffet
service and clean-up) for an additional charge.
6. All prices are plus 7% state sales tax. Tipping is optional
and may be added at your discretion.
7. This menu supersedes all prior versions. Prices and
