Staff Draft Presentation
Ovid Hazen Wells Rec Park Master Plan Update
M-NCPPC Montgomery Parks is seeking
approval from the Montgomery County
Planning Board to publish a Staff Draft of
the Ovid Hazen Wells Recreational Park
Master Plan Update in advance of a
Public Hearing to be scheduled in fall 2014.
Park Staff will brief the Planning Board
on the proposed phasing and concepts
of the Master Plan Update which will
include a two phases.
Phase One – will include an overall vision of the park and including the Preliminary
Program of Requirements (PPOR) and location of the carousel.
Phase Two – will include the overall vision for the development of the rest of the park.
