“Game on! Win a Tablet!” Prize Quiz ─ Terms and Conditions
Any participant in the game will be regarded as agreeing to the following terms and
conditions:

The game asks a new question every day, lasting for four weeks (14th April, 2014
to 11th May, 2014). Participants may answer the questions on any day, and the
reward for giving a correct answer is a chance to win the prize: the more correct
answers you provide, the higher your chance to win the prize.

If a participant answers the same question more than once, only the last answer
before the closing time will be counted. In other words, every participant can
have a maximum of 28 chances for the lucky draw.
Each winner can receive a maximum of ONE prize only.

Participants must be at least 11 years old on or before 14th April, 2014; and
must be valid Hong Kong Identity Card holders.
The first question can be answered between 12:00 noon, 14th April, 2014 and
the following day (i.e. 11:59 noon, 15th April, 2014), so on and so forth; the
28th question, can be answered between 12:00 noon, 11th May, 2014 and
11:59 noon, 12th May, 2014. The submission time of all answers shall be
time-recorded by the system of Youth.gov.hk.
The first round of the lucky draw will be held after 11:59 noon, 28th April, 2014
(i.e. closing time of receiving answer for the 14th question). We will draw one
prize winner (and ten back-up prize winners in sequence) on the day of lucky
draw. If the prize winner gives up the prize, the prize will be given to the back-up
prize winner in accordance with sequence of the draw. The prize of the first
round of the lucky draw is an “iPad mini with Retina display (Wi-Fi + Cellular)”
(ONE prize winner) and the result will be announced within 3 working days on
the Youth.gov.hk website (http://www.youth.gov.hk/) and the Youth.gov.hk
Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/youthgovhk ).
The second round of lucky draw will be held after 11:59 noon, 12th May, 2014
(i.e. ending time of receiving answer for the 28th question). We will draw one
prize winner (and ten back-up prize winners) on the day of lucky draw. If the
prize winner gives up the prize, the prize will be given to the back-up prize
winner in accordance with sequence of the draw. The prize of the second round
of the lucky draw is an “iPad Air (16GB，Wi-Fi + Cellular)” (ONE prize winner)

The results of the lucky draw will be published on “Sing Tao Daily” and “The
Standard” on 23th May, 2014.
Prize-winners will be notified by phone and email on the day of lucky draw. If
the winner fails to submit personal information for verification process and
contact purposes within 3 working days, he/she will be regarded as giving up the
prize. The prize will then be given to the back-up prize winner in accordance
with sequence of the draw. No notification shall be made for unsuccessful
participants.
10. After verification of prize winner’s identity, the winner will be required to visit
Youth.gov.hk office to get the prize.
11. Participants must ensure that the information provided is authentic, accurate,
updated and complete, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party
information. If the information provided is inaccurate or incorrect, or if the
participant is discovered to have deliberately used a ghost or fake account, the
participant will be disqualified from winning the prize.
12. Youth.gov.hk is not liable for any failure to notify winners or for problems in
verifying prize winners’ identities due to inaccurate or incorrect information
provided by participants. In such case, the participant will be disqualified from
winning the prize.
13. Prize-winners cannot transfer the prize to another person , nor refund or
exchange the prizes for cash or other products or services.
14. In case of any dispute, the decisions of Youth.gov.hk shall be final.
15. If there is any difference in the Chinese version and English version of these
terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
