Details:
Ship Outboard.
Problem:
Maintenance of steel outboard.
Job description:

Figurehead, ornaments fore, ornaments aft, wood rails, zinc anodes
and propeller to be covered prior to initiation of sandblasting and
paint work.

Ship's bottom, boot-top and sides to be emulsion cleaned for oil and
grease and high-pressure washed at min. 220 bar operating
pressure at nozzle.

Ship's bottom to be spot blasted where required to SA 2½ ISO
8501-1. Expected area 100 m2

Boot top to be mechanically cleaned/spot blasted where needed. To
SA 2,5 Expected 60 m2

Ships top-sides to be cleaned mechanically/spot blasted where
needed To SA 2,5. Expected 50 m2

Ship´s top-sides to be repainted according to Hempel specs.

Ship's bottom and boot-top to be repainted according to Hempel
specs. Bottom red. Water line belt – Green.

At transitions on topsides, any abrasions of paint to be smoothed
and touched up.

Brown line on the fore and aft. ship to be repainted according to
Hempel specs.

Draught marks and Plimsoll marks to be repainted according to
Hempel spec.
