Description of Services One function of The Cat’s Meow Spay, Neuter & Adoption Project (CMSNAP) is to assist with trapping through the loan of traps, cages and carriers and training in their proper use. The other function of CMSNAP is to transport cats to The Feral Cat Spay Neuter Project (FCSNP) in Lynnwood for spays/neuters and other services shown below. Surgeries are performed by licensed vets at FCSNP. Caretakers/owners must sign a surgical waiver for these services. CMSNAP is in no way responsible for spays, neuters, vaccines, flea treatment, tapeworm treatment or blood draws done by FCSNP. All payment for veterinary services should be made to CMSNAP. We will then in turn make one single payment to FCSNP for all services. Be aware that amounts may vary due to incorrect gender, kittens that are too young for rabies vaccines, cats that display an allergy to anesthesia and are not vaccinated, etc. FEES are as follows: o A transportation fee of $10 per cat, up to, but not exceeding, $50 per trip, should be made to CMSNAP to offset fuel and maintenance on the van used to transport cats to Lynnwood. This is tax-deductible. o Spays/neuters feral/free-roaming cats(ear tips) tame cats (abdomen tattooed) o Vaccines/other rabies vaccine distemper vaccine flea treatment tapeworm treatment blood draw (for combo test at your vet) free $15 for male $25 for females free for feral/free-roaming $10 for tame $10 (feral/free-roaming and tame) $5 (feral/free-roaming and tame) $5 (feral/free-roaming and tame) $5 (feral/free-roaming and tame) In the event of a clinic cancellation, CMSNAP vehicle breakdown, representative’s illness or injury, or inclement weather, etc, CMSNAP will reschedule your surgery to the next available date. CMSNAP accepts no financial liability in this case, beyond returning reservation deposits if requested. CMSNAP will not be held responsible for holding your cats, transporting them or making alternate arrangements for their surgeries beyond rescheduling to the next available date at the Lynnwood clinic. FERAL CATS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THEIR ORIGINAL TRAP LOCATION. RELOCATING SHOULD ONLY BE DONE AFTER THEY HAVE HEALED FROM THEIR SURGERY AND MUST BE DONE PROPERLY TO ENSURE THAT THEY SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION TO THEIR NEW ENVIRONMENT. CONTACT CMSNAP FOR FURTHER INFORMA TION. DO NOT DUMP CATS…IT IS ILLEGAL AND INHUMANE. THEY WILL NOT KNOW WHERE THEIR FOOD AND SHELTER ARE AND MAY NOT SURVIVE.
