Promotional Competition Rules ("Rules")

This promotional competition (“SEGAMETSI UKUPHUMELELA”) is run by SEGAMETSI HOPE
(SA) (Proprietary) Limited (hereafter the “Promoter”), registration number 2011/009263/07 as
operating from Unit 8, 78 Pony Street, Tijger Vallei Office Park, Silver Lakes Road, Pretoria,
Gauteng.

This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer of the Promoter.

The Competition begins to run at 00:01 on 09/04/2016 and ends at 11:15 on 09/04/2016.

The Competition is open to all South African residents including minors assisted by a guardian
recognized under the laws of the Republic, excluding the Promoter's directors, partners, employees,
agents, consultants and their immediate families, with age specific prizes to be allocated as stated
under clause 6 below.

By entering this Competition in accordance with its terms and conditions such entrants (hereafter
“Entrants”) acknowledge that these Rules are accepted as binding upon the Entrant.
The prizes include and are determined based on overall participation to be calculated as follows:

1 – 15 000 Entrants (on the day):
o
3 (three) cars to the value of R120 000 (one hundred and twenty thousand Rand) each to
be awarded to a person over 18 (eighteen) years of age only,
o
3 (three) Insele Gold Solar Lighting Units valued at R3 500 each,
o
1 (one) Local Family Holiday for a maximum of 8 (eight) people subject to availability and
location of winner to the value of R15 000 (fifteen thousand Rand),
o
1 (one) 19 inch 12V Televisions valued at R1 500,
o
2 (two) Canon Selphy Printer sets to the value of R3 000 (three thousand Rand) each, and
o
1 free consultation and co-operative registration provided by JC Group to the value of and
R75 000 (seventy five thousand Rand).

15 001 – 30 000 Entrants (on the day):
o
3 (three) cars to the value of R120 000 (one hundred and twenty thousand Rand) each to
be awarded to a person/s over 18 (eighteen) years of age only,
o
R50 000 (fifty thousand Rand) cash prizes consisting of 1 (one) R25 000 (twenty five
thousand Rand) prizes, 5 (five) R5 000 (five thousand Rand) prizes,
o
3 (three) Local Family Holidays for a maximum of 8 (eight) people subject to availability and
location of winner to the value of R15 000 (fifteen thousand Rand) each,
o
8 (eight) Canon Selphy Printer sets to the value of R3 000 (three thousand Rand) each,
and
o
3 (three) free consultations and co-operative registrations provided by JC Group to the
value of R75 000 (seventy five thousand Rand) each.

30 001 or more Entrants (on the day):
o
3 (three) cars to the value of R120 000 (one hundred and twenty thousand Rand) to be
awarded to a person/s over 18 (eighteen) years of age only,
o
R150 000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rand) cash prizes consisting of 50 (fifty) R1 000
(one thousand Rand) prizes, 12 (twelve) R5 000 (five thousand Rand) prizes, 1 (one) R15
000 (fifteen thousand Rand) prize and 1 (one) R25 000 (twenty five thousand Rand) prize,
o
50 (fifty) Insele Gold Solar Lighting Units,
o
3 (three) Local Family Holidays for a maximum of 8 (eight) people subject to availability and
location of winner to the value of R15 000 (fifteen thousand Rand) each,
o
25 (twenty five) 19 inch 12V Televisions valued at R1 500 each,
o
8 (eight) Canon Selphy Printer sets to the value of R3 000 (three thousand Rand) each,
o
6 (six) 6 (six) month supplies of ePap to the value of R1 800 (one thousand eight hundred
rand) each, and
o
3 free consultations and co-operative registrations provided by JC Group to the value of
R75 000 (seventy five thousand Rand) each.

Should any of the prizes referred to above, for any reason whatsoever, become unavailable, the
Promotors may in their sole discretion award a similar prize in value.

To enter, Entrants must complete the registration process as stipulated in the Entrant Workbook. The
process operates as follows:
1. Dial *134*4496#
2. Accept the registration Terms and Conditions
3. Accept the winner disclosure Terms and Conditions
4. Enter the unique ticket number (on the back of the Entrant Workbook)
5. Enter your Name
6. Enter your Surname
7. Enter your Date of Birth
8. Enter you Gender
A message confirming successful registration will be displayed to each Entrant on the cellphone used
for registration. A confirmation SMS to confirm successful registration will be sent. Unsuccessful
registrations will not receive a confirmation SMS. If for whatever reason you are unable to register via
the process depicted above, you can call our registration call centre that will assist you with manual
registration on (012) 809 3254 or (012) 809 3013 or (012) 809 3317. The Promoter accepts no liability
whatsoever for any loss incurred as a result of failure or inability to register for the competition.

The prize winners will be selected randomly through lucky draw by Segametsi Hope (SA) (Pty) Ltd, in
the presence of an independent auditor, and the prize winners will be notified immediately thereafter by
telephone call and announcement of the winning ticket numbers. If any prize winner's details are no
longer valid or incorrect upon registration, he or she will forfeit the prize.

These Rules may be amended by way of notification at any time during the Competition. The method of
notification shall be chosen at the discretion of the Promoter.
The prize is exclusively for the prize winner and is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be
exchanged for its cash value.

The prize may be collected within 6 (six) weeks of winning the prize from the Segametsi Hope (SA)
(Pty) Ltd Head office located at Unit 8, 78 Pony Street, Tijger Vallei Office Park, Silver Lakes Road,
Pretoria, 0081. If the winner is unable to collect the prize at the Segametsi Hope (SA) (Pty) Ltd Head
Office, the winner must contact Segametsi Hope (SA) (Pty) Ltd to make alternative arrangements. The
winner must provide an accurate daytime contact number to enable Segametsi Hope (SA) (Pty) Ltd to
contact them. Failure to do so, will result in the prize being forfeited.
13.
The prize winner must bring valid proof of identification when redeeming the prize.
14.
The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of any prize
winner/s, provided that any prize winner/s may expressly elect to decline this.
15.
The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any prize winner/s to verify their
eligibility to win such prize/s.
16.
All Entrants and prize winners hereby indemnify the Promoter and its agents, against any / all claims for
any injury, loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any
cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
