Enclosed are the schedule of events, the registration form, Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel
information, and area map for the Wing Family of America, Inc. National Reunion 2011
at Chattanooga, Tennessee beginning Thursday, June 23rd through Sunday morning,
June 26th, 2011. We ask that you return your registration form and check to reach us by
May 23,2011. This will help us greatly in coordinating final meal plans with the hotel.
The Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel, 1400 Market St., Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37402
will be our 2011 Reunion Headquarters. Make your hotel reservations as soon as possible
by calling the toll free number 1- 800-872-2529 or 1-423-266-5000. FAX: 1-423-2654635. The Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel, is holding a number of rooms at a Reunion
Rate of $119.00 plus tax per day with a King or two Double beds until June 1, 2011.
After this date the price may increase. The Hotel website: www.choochoo.com. also allows
you to make reservations. The Hotel provides a FREE shuttle service to and from the
airport if you request it when you make your hotel room reservation.

2:00 p. m. - 5:00 p.m. - Early registration in our Hospitality Perm Station Room.
6:00 p.m. - Early arrivals meet at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Garden Restaurant
for dinner. (Pay for your meal).
Friday, June 24,2011
9:30 a. m. - 4:30 p.m. - Registration in our Hospitality Perm Station Room and
sales of Wing Merchandise and Memorabilia
9:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. - Board of Directors Meeting in the Board of Directors
Rail Car.
6:30 p.m. - Family Gathering/Social at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Roosevelt
Room. (Cash Bar) - Registration will continue at the entrance of the Roosevelt
Room.
7:00 p.m. - Dinner in the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel, Roosevelt Room. (In
keeping with past reunions this will be our formal dress event - Sunday attire).
The dinner menu will have a choice of "Breast of Chicken Marsala" (Tender
boneless breast gently sauteed then laced with a Marsala wine sauce with julienne
pancetta, portabella mushrooms, tomato and scallion garnish, served with mashed
Parmesan potatoes), OR "Key West Tilapia" - (Tilapia with coconut, mango and
papaya crust. Baked and topped with a sweet and spicy Carribean glaze, served
with rice pilaf). Each choice will also include Tossed Garden Greens Salad, Red
Velvet Cake Dessert, Fresh Rolls and Butter, Coffee and Tea.

Annual Business meeting for all Wing Family members
12:10 p.m. -12:35 p.m. - Board of Directors Meeting - Finley Lecture Hall
12:35 p.m. - Lunch on your own. Free time - Visit Tennessee Attractions
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Wing Merchandise and Memorabilia Sales in the
Hospitality Penn Station Room.
5:30 p.m. - Board Bus to the Southern Belle Dock on the Tennessee River.
6:30 p.m. - Boarding of the Southern Belle.
7:00 p.m. - Southern Belle Dinner Cruise on the Tennessee River. Enjoy the
Captain's Dinner Cruise complete with their world famous slow-cooked prime
rib, shrimp Creole, and the toe tapping music of the "Riverboat Ramblers". Relax
or dance as "The Ramblers" play a variety of music (new and old).
9:00 p.m. - Southern Belle docks and the Bus returns to the Hotel.

9:00 a.m. - Farewell Breakfast in the Chattanooga Choo Choo Roosevelt Room.
"Track 29 Buffet" Chilled Tropicana Premium Orange Juice, Freshly Brewed
100% Arabica Coffee, Fresh Fruit Ambrosia, Assorted Danish and Muffins,
Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Crisp Bacon Strips, Country Sausage Links, Skillet
Brown Potatoes, Buttermilk Biscuits with Sawmill Gravy, Assorted Jellies and
Butter.
10:00 a.m. -10:15 a.m. The WFA Singing Cousins
10:15 a.m. -11:00 a.m. - Announcements and Farewell until 2012 at the National
Reunion, Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
