Milligan Mine (being developed by Thompson Creek Metals) along the same NW Structural Trends. Xstrata and Goldfields are also working on large targets in the area. 6 TSX.V:ORS CAPTAIN PROPERTY - SUMMARY Focus project – 100% owned Captain Project (BC Canada) A large, early stage gold/copper discovery Mineralized porphyry system measures 7 x 14 kilometers Three large magnetic/IP targets Recent drill hole C12-05 mineralized from the bedrock contact at 63 meters to the bottom of the hole at 550 meters. 487 meter mineralized intercept Several other large targets remain untested Relatively flat terrain, moderate tree cover and an extensive network of logging and Forest Service roads suitable for exploration year around. 7 TSX.V:ORS CAPTAIN PROPERTY – AEROMAG AND TARGETS 8 TSX.V:ORS CAPTAIN PROPERTY – EXPLORATION 2011/12 Established the existence of a large mineralized gold/copper porphyry system. Expenditures total $1,000,000 Grid layout and 36 line kilometers of geophysics Induced Polarization Resistivity Ground Magnetometer 2,152 metres of core drilling in seven-holes Petrographic studies of the core material 9 TSX.V:ORS CAPTAIN TARGET – CROSS SECTION Long intercepts of strong gold mineralization in the Admiral Target. 10 TSX.V:ORS CAPTAIN ADMIRAL TARGET – HOLE C12-05 Throughout the hole mineralization is associated with biotite-magnetite alteration within volcanics and monzonite porphyry dykes overprinted by potassic flooding. Mineralized over 487 meters with two significant intervals of strong gold mineralization; including sections of two to ten grams per tonne gold. Hole C12-05 Upper zone Incl. Lower zone Incl. Both areas have small magnetic high zones with coincident moderate IP chargeability highs peripheral to the central Main Magnetic High Intrusive Admiral Target Area measures 2000 x 3000 meters Two magnetic high and associated IP anomalies have been defined at 100 meter line spacing. The larger one 1000m x 1500m is similar in size to the MBX zone at Mt Milligan. Hole C12-05 is located on the fringe of a 300m x 1500m target. West Target Area measures 600 x 4000 meters A 70 line kilometer survey is nearing completion at 200 meter spaced lines Early data suggests that several significant targets are emerging. 14 TSX.V:ORS CAPTAIN PROPERTY - SUMMARY Large land package 100% owned, suitable for exploration year around. Mineralized porphyry system measures 7 x 14 kilometers Three large IP/Resistivity/magnetic targets The Admiral Target with two large targets is advancing nicely Hole C12-05 – 487 meter mineralized intercept in intrusive rock, open to depth. Two significant intervals of strong gold mineralization: 118.8 meters grading 0.06% copper and 0.65 g/t gold (uncut) 164.6 meters grading 0.07% copper and 0.41 g/t gold (uncut) Conclusion – Captain is a large, early stage gold/copper discovery. Two other targets remain untested - 38 locations permitted for drilling. 15 TSX.V:ORS SHARE STRUCTURE Shares Issued & Outstanding 35,792,823 Warrants (Jul 2013 @ $0.40) 1,225,000 Warrants (Oct 2013 @ $0.16) 11,659,625 Options (Average Price $0.25) 3,254,500 Fully Diluted Shares* Held by Insiders 51,931,948 ~15% *Cash from option & warrant ex $3.2 million 16 TSX.V:ORS CONTACT DETAILS Mr. David Hottman President & C.E.O Orestone Mining Corp.
