Assessment:
I will be able to monitor students progress through their written work and how well their work reflects off of what they
learned in the class these two weeks. Checking the accuracy of the postcard and their worksheets while also listening to their
conversations during partner dialogues, I can verify that they are understanding the basic vocabulary and grammar structures
provided in this chapter.
Everyday, students have a bell ringer activity where they have problems or questions to answer involving the previous days
instruction. After they work on it alone, I call on students to come to the board to answer the questions. As a class, we correct the
answers and go over any mistakes or problems that students might have from the previous day.
Finally, at the end of the unit plan, there will be a written quiz to see how well the students grasped the information they
learned in the past two weeks.
