the start of each race.

Course Description
The Cedar Hill Criterium Race is a true sprinters delight, taking place on a closed 1.5 mile loop w/sweet
baby Jesus smooth roads; course features two turns has 4 punchy-bumps and a very fast sprint to the finish!
Nashville Davidson County metro park police will provide all road closures and safety measures.
General Information
All races will be held rain or shine, per discretion of officials and event promoter.
Subject to USAC rules and policies - all riders must wear approved helmet while riding a bicycle during the 2015 Cedar
Hill Criterium Race.
The 2016 Cedar Hill Criterium Race is a USA Cycling (USAC) sanctioned event. USAC rules to govern. Categories based
on USA Cycling license and guidelines. All racers must present a valid USAC racing license or authorization to ride form.
Non-licensed riders will be required to purchase a one day USAC license for $15 or a $70 annual license and will be
placed in the Men's 5, 4/5, Women's 4 or Juniors. All riders will be required to complete and sign a 2016 USAC Event
Release Form. All TBRA rules apply to point’s races.
Entry fee includes $3.75 USAC insurance surcharge – plus $2 TBRA fees.
3 Refund of entry fees at Promoter’s discretion. Promoter reserves right to combine fields; protest period will be 15
minutes after results are posted.

Aimed at people who actively ride but have never raced and are interested in learning in a safe & fun environment.
This means you, Mrs.5 am YMCA spin class monster, and you too Mr. Sunday morning pancake riding coffee shop
drinking cyclist, and especially you, Senior craft brew drinking long moustache having skinnie jeans wearing single-gear
riding alley cat specialist, C’MON OUT!
Really, anyone who rides and would like to try out a race! This course is the perfect place for you to learn how exciting
this sport is! Scenic & wide road,1.5 mile park loop
AND,
If after the skills clinic you’re interested, we’ve carved out time for your own 2-lap race on Sunday - FO FREE!
AND,
If that’s not enough bike for ya & you want some more, we’ll comp your race entry
Into either the Men’s Category 5 or Women’s Category 4 beginners race *as long as (a) you’ve never raced before and
(b) you’ve registered and participated in the skills clinic.
That’s 1 free skills clinic and TWO FREE RACES!
*You do have to pay for a USA Cycling 1-day license ($10).
