Delaware School Choice Program:
The number of students that a district can accept in a particular school and grade will be
determined by the receiving district’s board of education and based on the building’s capacity,
class size policy, the program requirements, the projected enrollment for each school and child’s
grade for the next school year and/or other criteria determined by the school board.
