The Hanson Plunge mixer is the top of the
line heavy-duty mixer now recognized by many
companies as the best mixer available to mix
their products with absolute minimum of air
entrapment.
Our Plunge mixers will mix dry mix
materials, paints, glues, epoxies, 2 part combo
mixes, urethanes, glazes, printing inks,
fiberglass resins, plastic compounds, plaster,
mortar, cements, foundry core mixes, molding
sands, and asphalt sealers.
Material: Zinc-aluminum alloy, with heavier zinc
content for durability and longer life. The head is
cast, tumbled smooth with a no burr finish for
easy clean up. Mixes 1/2 pint up to 55 gallons.

002B3 Barrel Mixer
This mixer is designed to fit into the bung hole of an ordinary 55 gallon
drum. The 1/2" shaft size fits into many standard mixing drives. This mixer can
be adjusted for depth in the fluid to aid in uniform mixing throughout the drum.
Material: Zinc Aluminum heads.

T-55 Swing-T Barrel Mixer
Mixes through the bung hole of a 55-gallon drum.
When centrifugal force is applied the blades swing
out to a diameter of 5 3/4” for maximum mixing
capability. The mixing heads are stackable up to
three units on one 36” shaft for easy adjustment in
the fluid level.
Material: Zinc Aluminum head and blades, 1/2” steel
plated shaft.

T-5 Swing-T Mixer
Swing T-Mixer:
Many materials come in a sealed metal or plastic 5 gallon
can which can be time consuming to open, by entering the pouring spout with
the Swing-T you can mix with action that you couldn’t obtain without removing
the top. The Swing-T opens to a 5” mixing diameter when centrifugal force is
applied. This mixer follows the tradition of the other Hanson Plunge mixer line,
having teeth on the bottom for added mixing action and the ability to loosen
material from the bottom of mixes without harming the container.

T-5 Mixing Head on shaft, 3/8” diameter 20” long.

The Plunge 085 Mud Mixer: This heavy-duty mixer is known as “ The Mudders
Dream”. It has a detachable blade design for easy clean up! The blade cutting
design and angles move material quickly and allows the mixer to reach into the
corners of your mixing containers easily for less product waste. The 085 was
designed to mix paints, drywall mud, heavy paste and acoustic pre-mix, quickly

PLUNGE 1 GALLON PAINT GUARD:
A disposable plastic pouring spout that snaps on the top of a gallon can. It's
tall enough to aid in mixing so splatter is not a problem. When pouring it helps
control flow of material, plus it keeps the top of the can clean for easy resealing.
Available in 25 packs or bulk packed. These are currently made in a clear

Hanson Stretch Wrapper
Our stretch wrapper is one of the most durable
available. The main body is one piece, cast
aluminum construction. Lighter that much of the
competition also. Available for 12”, 15” and 18”
shrink wrap with a 3” core.

Hand Stretch Wrapper
This holds 2” and 5” stretch wrap film with a 3”
core, for wrapping smaller items. Very handy for
rods, tubes and other hard to bundle items. Top
handle adjusts the tension.
