Auction Item Appeal
RCIL’s first annual fundraiser Many Hearts, One Purpose … Dining for a Cause creates an opportunity for you
to assist elderly individuals in our community (who do not qualify for government benefits) to continue aging
in their own homes while still receiving the assistance they need.
The following will participate and share their talents!









Emcee and Auctioneer, Dana Jerrard!
Please consider contributing an item or basket for the silent auction and/or a custom-created live auction item
to enhance the evening with Emcee and Auctioneer, Dana Jerrard.
All proceeds from Many Hearts, One Purpose … Dining for a Cause will directly benefit elderly individuals in Herkimer
and Oneida Counties. RCIL’s Adult Day Service program provides participants with personal care, social activities, door
to door transportation, nutritious snacks, breakfast and a hot lunch. Activities are provided, for up to 55 people, in a
safe and beautiful setting. RCIL is raising funds for individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford attending
this valuable program. I’m sure you would agree, that remaining at home is desirable for the quality of life of
individuals and their families; plus, it’s a much more cost-effective option than nursing home placement.
Your auction item donation to the fundraiser Many Hearts, One Purpose … Dining for a Cause provides you
and/or your company with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the aging population right here
in our local community, and is tax deductible - RCIL Tax ID # 22-2518284.
