capacity of 400 000 animals per year
Miratorg’s state-of-the-art processing
plant in the Bryansk region offers a wide
range of products: carcasses, ready-tocut (RTC), vacuum-packed cuts, caseready meat and semi-processed products
The poultry division assets located in the
Bryansk region supply 170,000 chickens
for processing every day. We raise our
chickens without hormones or growthpromoting substances, in conditions
as close as possible to the natural
environment.
Miratorg Zapad is one of Russia’s largest
producers of frozen convenience foods
and ready meals.
The organization of its production
processes meets international quality and

Miratorg is Russia’s N1 beef producer. With the
world’s largest Aberdeen-Angus herd of over 360
000 heads we are proud to produce and deliver
best-in-class finest Black Angus Beef.
With a passion to maintaining the highest levels
of food safety, animal welfare and customer
service, Miratorg has developed the unique
vertically-integrated production chain. From
ranches with hand selected Black Angus cattle
and vast feedlots with high quality corn-based
natural feed to our ultramodern processing facility
we are committed to producing the highest
quality beef without hormones and stimulators.
Since 2015 Miratorg’s selected marbled beef is
also produced under Certified Angus Beef ® brand
confirming the correspondence of our product to
the most selective international standards. The
beef plant is fully certified by the International
center of Halal standardization and certification
of the “Council of muftis of Russia”. The plant is
first of its kind in Russia to be accredited to export
beef to UAE and Iran, Bahrain and Egypt.

Start of construction of pig farms, fodder
