Al l of our Hors d’Oeurvres are hand-made by our chefs, using only the freshest vegetables and fruits, and the finest cuts of meats. Dressed in either formal black and white or black casual, our staff will not only compliment your event but also see to your guests’ every need, both maintaining the food tables as well as performing a complete cleanup afterwards. CAJUN PORK LOIN WITH GINGER/ RASPBERRY REMOULADE SAUCE Marinated and seared to perfection, our Cajun pork loin is cooked in Cajun spices and glazed with a sweet ginger and raspberry Remoulade sauce. CARIBBEAN SPICE CHICKEN TENDERS Chicken tenders that are sautéed in a jerk seasoning, combined with sautéed red and yellow peppers and spices. SLICED ROAST BEEF Marinated and Slow-Cooked, this Delicious choice inside round is great for medallion-sized dinner rolls or at a Carving Station. HOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE This is our most requested dish. This chicken dish is made with roasted almonds, cheddar cheese, sautéed onions and celery and some great spices. Great for a main dish at any function. ITALIAN MEATBALLS Hand-Rolled meatballs made from seasoned ground chuck and slow-cooked in our Homemade Marinara Sauce. SWEDISH MEATBALLS A Rich, Cream Sauce combined with our Hand-Rolled seasoned Meatballs. CAJUN CHICKEN TENDERS WRAPPED IN BACON Bite sized chicken tenders marinated and cooked in our own Cajun sauce then wrapped and baked with hickory smoked bacon. BUFFALO WINGS These wings can be ordered in a variety of glazes; Tequila Lime, teriyaki, or honey barbeque. BREADED CHICKEN FINGERS Crispy breaded chicken tenders delicately fried and lightly seasoned. Our Candy Station is actually a deliciously edible display featuring a variety of candies in your wedding colors. Yogurt-Covered Peanuts, Jelly Bellys, M & M’s, and mints are beautifully displayed in a variety of glass decanters, vases, and martini glasses. White Chocolate-Covered Strawberries complete this confectionery ensemble that promises to satisfy the sweet tooth of everybody in attendance. Potato Station The latest trend for weddings, as well as formal gatherings, is the Mashed Potato Bar. Tyner’s Catering uses red new potatoes with just a touch of garlic and real cream for our mashed potatoes. Our Potato Station features a pyramid of Martini Glasses, Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Chives, Real Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheddar and Parmesan Cheeses, and Sour Cream. This beautiful display makes any event more memorable as you and your guests will enjoy making your own delicious spud creation.
