RESERVATION POLICY FOR EWTN LIVE SHOWS
EWTN has implemented the following policy regarding seating for all Live Shows:
§
Admission to all Live Shows will be by reservation only. Reservations are for general seating and
do not imply the assignment of a specific seat or section. Your name will be on a seating list--there
are no physical tickets.
§
Occasionally, Live Shows are canceled. Should this occur, we will promptly attempt to contact
those with reservations to inform them of this change.
§
For Groups registered with the EWTN Pilgrimage Department: We can only reserve space for your
group for one of the Live Shows. You may make provisional reservations in case we have room to
accommodate your group on another night.
§
Groups and Individuals wishing to attend a Live Show must make their reservations in advance by
contacting the EWTN Pilgrimage Department. Contact us by phone: (205) 271-2966, or go online at
www.ewtn.com/pilgrimage/reservations/reservations.asp .
§
Pilgrims with special needs (including those with wheelchairs or walkers) should notify us when
making reservations.
§
Please make your reservations as soon as possible to insure available seating.
Monday—At Home with Jim & Joy (1:00PM)
Tuesday – Threshold of Hope (1:00PM)
Wednesday – EWTN Live (7:00PM)
Thursday – At Home with Jim and Joy (1:00PM)
