Patented Mixing System:
This exclusive Ducale patent consists, as far as its hardware
is concerned, of "an intelligent arm" which gets cup and stirrer
automatically and locates them under the freeze dired soup
selected by the consumer.
This Automatic Vendor gets a soup ready in a few seconds.
It dispenses the suitable quantity of freeze-dried ingredient
and the right quantity of hot water at the right temperature
and pressure directly into the cup. The soup is directly mixed
up in the cup thanks the hot water action (no further mixing
device is available in this machine!).
The soup is mixed inside the automatic vendor, then the
intelligent arm delivers the cup with the soup on a cup station
just out of the vendor, at disposal of the consumer.
A sliding door, which opens for the time just needed by the
arm with the cup to come out from the vendor and closes
automatically, protects the ingredients from possible external
pollution.
This NO CONTACT system raises the operator from the
periodical expensive vendor sanitation (HACCP) and
guarantees the end-consumer with a product which is
hygienically safe.
The dosage of the ingredients is guaranteed by the automatic
vendor software; the water, being doses by an electronically
controlled volumetric counter, is warmed up by a special boiler
which, being under pressure, creates neither steam nor
moisture inside the automatic vendor; the temperature inside
the vendor is kept at a suitable constant

conforms to DPR 24/06/1996 n° 459 and regulations relative to
European Ordinances 89/392 CEE (for machinery), 89/336/CEE (EMC)
and 73/23/CEE (DBT), regulations EN 50144 D.L. 277/91; the type of
machine declared also conforms to D.L. 25/01/92 n° 108 and DPR 23/
08/82 n° 777 based on guidelines outlined in EEC Ordinance 89/109
concerning materials and objects coming into contact with food products.
