This year’s Denver Fall Agent Training meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Denver located at 1450
Glenarm Place in Denver, CO 80202.
To kick off the training sessions, RCIS will host a golf outing on Wednesday afternoon, August 13th, at
The Ridge at Castle Pines North. RCIS will provide refreshments and dinner. Green fees and
cart rentals will be the responsibility of each individual. Please see the enclosed registration
form for further details.
RCIS will be offering a morning training session covering Precision Farming to begin at 9:30 am at the
Crowne Plaza on Thursday, August 14th. FSA Colorado State Director, Lee Swenson will be addressing
our group following the Precision Farming training at approximately 10:45 am. The 2015 Fall MPCI CE
Training will begin at 1:00 pm. Kristy Seyfert, RCIS’ own Federal Govt Relations Director will address
our group late Thursday afternoon and we will adjourn by 5:00 pm. We will then end the evening with
the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field. The MPCI Training will resume on Friday, August 15th at 8:00 am,
breakfast will begin at 7:15 am, and training will adjourn by 11:30 am.
If you choose to stay overnight, RCIS has negotiated a room rate of $174 per night plus tax. Please
indicate on the hotel reservation form if you wish to extend your stay and RCIS will make your
reservation. Parking at the Crowne Plaza will be $15.00 per day.
State Continued Education Credits have been applied for each of our Fall training sessions and are
subject to approval by the State Insurance Departments. You must attend both dates in order to
receive state credit. RMA also requires all agents pass the Basic Competency Test every three (3)
years. If testing requirements have not been met, you may complete the test, via the eLearning tab
on CIfyiSM. Objectives for the meeting will be met through formal presentation, demonstration, class
interaction and discussion.

RCIS invites you to experience one of Colorado’s foremost golf courses, The Ridge at Castle Pines
North. The Ridge at Castle Pines North, a Troon Golf Managed Facility, is Colorado's premier
upscale public experience. Since opening in July 1997, the Tom Weiskopf design has received
National and Statewide recognition. Each year The Ridge has been voted the #1 upscale public
golf facility in Colorado by the state's two leading golf publications. The Ridge is a par 71
challenge playing from four sets of tees ranging from 5,000 yards to more than 7,000 yards and
is maintained to the highest of standards. Please plan to join us for an unforgettable afternoon
at The Ridge.
The event will be held on Wednesday, August 13th, the day prior our 2015 Fall MPCI
Continuing Education meeting. The round will be a scramble format with teams being divided by
handicap. If you don’t have a handicap, just indicate what you would normally shoot on a typical
round of 18 holes of golf and that should get us close enough.
RCIS will be hosting all golfers to dinner at Ridge Restaurant then immediately following the
event. Please note, we will not be providing lunch for the group, but you are welcome to grab a
bite at the restaurant prior to your round.
RCIS will provide refreshments and dinner. The cost per golfer will be $110, please
be prepared to pay the day of the event.
Plan on coming early, hitting the range, and being ready for a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. sharp.
The dress code states collared shirts are required and denim attire is prohibited. Be aware The
Ridge is a non-metal spike facility.
