Plastic Cement Wet or Dry Surfaces Description CR-25 is a wet or dry surfaces asbestos free plastic cement. It is formulated with asphalt and fibers for multipurpose applications. It stops leaks and repairs deteriorated areas, fill holes and cracks on foundations, asphalt roofs, shingles, vent, chimney joints and others. Once dried, it becomes a strong waterproofed coating and resists against bad weather. Can be use to glue back asphalt shingles and protect them from wind. Surface Preparation Surfaces must be structurally sound, clean, free of frost, dust, rust, chipped paint, oil, grease and any loose or deteriorated materials. Application Apply with a putty knife, a trowel or by hand with gloves. To fill, joints and cracks, push profoundly into gaps making bulge out on surface to avoid accumulation of water. Repair cracks, holes by applying a coat of 3 mm (1/8'') thick to the defective sections and overtake of 150 mm (6'') around the repairs. To glue back shingles, apply only 3 points of 25 mm (1'') evenly distributed. To facilitate low temperature applications, keep product in a warm place.
