Formulated, prepared, and submitted technical expert report for the Region I Solicitors
office in the case of Crooker versus the Secretary of Labor. This was a case involving
operating heavy machinery in proximity of energized power lines.
Testified in court on behalf of OSHA as a technical expert in this case. The court ruled in
favor of the Secretary of Labor.
Secretary of Labor versus Gem Inc.: OSHRC Docket No. 17-1552
Formulated, prepared, and submitted technical expert report for the Region V Solicitors
office in the case of Crooker versus the Secretary of Labor. This was a case involving
employees exposed to electrical hazards while performing work on electrical systems.
Testified by deposition and in court on behalf of OSHA. The court ruled in favor of the
Secretary of Labor.
Secretary of Labor versus IBC Brands : OSHRC Docket No. 09-1887
Formulated, prepared, and submitted technical expert report for the Region V Solicitors
office in the case of IBC Brands, Inc. versus the Secretary of Labor. This was a case
involving employees exposed to electrical hazards while performing work on electrical
systems.

Submitted technical expert report and testified by deposition on behalf of OSHA. The
case was settled before it went to court.
Secretary of Labor versus Amp Electrical, Inc.: OSHRC Docket No. 10-0245
Formulated, prepared, and submitted technical expert report for the Region I Solicitors
office in the case of Amp Electrical, Inc. versus the Secretary of Labor. This was a case
involving employees exposed to electrical hazards while performing work on electrical
systems.
Submitted technical expert report and testified by as both a witness for the complainant
and a rebuttal witness. The court ruled in favor of the Secretary of Labor.
