I’m a Purrrfect Patient!
Sophie is a 3 year old Great Dane x Mastiff came to
us after an accident meal of Macadamia Meatloaf.
She was such a lovely dog during treatment and we
couldn't go past her for this month!

Zac and his Arthritis Treatment
Zac is an 8 year old Malamute who is now
in the senior years of his life. Zac, like
many older pets has unfortunately
developed arthritis. He is currently
receiving arthritis injections weekly to
help relieve his painful condition.
Arthritis as we all know can be very sore
and stop us leading the life we wish to
live. Some of our pets fight through the
pain to you may have already noticed
slight differences in your pet over the
years such as they may take longer to
get out of bed, up stairs or find it difficult
to jump distances. They may also get
cranky or snappy when you touch them in
certain areas especially when they are lying down or walking.
One common sign for cats suffering from arthritis is they will use objects
such as a chair or box to assist them when they jump up or down off a
ledge.
Once diagnosed, most pets to help relieve their discomfort will require
treatment each year, most commonly during the colder, winter months.
There are many ways we can help your pet to combat arthritis pain
including diet, medicines, natural chews and exercises.
