YOUR CHILD’S PE PROGRAM

1. Name and describe to your parents one of the tag games
we played.

even if you didn’t feel it?
3. Does everybody that wants to be IT always get to be IT in every single game?
Why or Why NOT?
4. What tag game does everybody usually get to be it?
5. What are some of the dances we learned for Dance Week?
Questions for the Middles Only
6. What gymnastic stations did you complete in the gym
ANSWERS
1. Your child’s class played most or all of these tag games... Batman Robin Tag,
Pounds and Puppies or Cow Pie, Run Rabbits Run , and Hula Hoop Tag.
2. We always trust that people will be honest and you’re usually never “out” of
the tag game for very long, so no sense arguing whether or NOT you were
tagged.
3. Not everyone in the class will always get to be IT but we all will eventually get to
be IT sometime time during the year.
4. The tag game that everyone gets to be it is Pounds and Puppies or Hula Hoop Tag.
5. Some of the dances were The Macarena, The Electric Slide, Wiki Wiki Wild Wild
West, Cotton Eyed Joe (AKA: Virginia Reel), Cupid Shuffle, Cha Cha Slide
Answers for the Middles Only
6. Some of the gymnastic stations include the balance beam, spring board, forward
roll mat, wedge mat, and push and pull octagon.
