*Transportation and Parking
The base shuttle runs from the AMC Terminal to various base facilities every 20 minutes from 0700-1800 daily. If passengers choose not to
use the shuttle bus, a commercial taxi service is available by calling 676-8294. Long term parking is provided at the passenger terminal.
*Eating Establishments
There is a food court on base located in the BX, which provides the following restaurants: Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. Alternative
establishments are the American Eatery and the Bowling alley. For fine dining, the Road House Grill located in the Consolidated Club is a
great choice.

Passenger Terminal Amenities
To improve customer comfort we have a Special Category Lounge, a Family Lounge, an Internet Café, an American Eatery, and free wireless
internet within the terminal.
Gate Passes
The 39 SFS Pass and Registration link has all Incirlik AB entry requirements for personnel, dependents, family, and friends:

Only permanent party personnel, their dependents, and personnel TDY to Incirlik can freely use Space-Available travel into or out of Incirlik
AB. All other personnel, family or friends must have a base sponsor complete the required pass. Gate passes are required to enter and exit
the base. Pass and ID section can also be contacted at 676-6567.
Dress and Appearance
Passengers may be denied travel when wearing inappropriate civilian attire (torn, dirty, tattered, revealing or suggestive clothing, etc.), or if
they have inappropriate personal hygiene which may offend other passengers or is in violation of DOD policy.
Clearance Requirments
All military personnel require NATO orders when arriving/departing Turkey. Civilians and dependants are required to have passports, leave
documentation, and a valid ID card. Personnel PCSing into the country may be subject to the following fees:
-If traveling on No fee passport (Government procured passport) there is no visa fee required upon arrival
-If traveling on tourist passport a $30.00 tourist visas will need to be purchased on arrival or apply for an E-visa on the link below(whether
commercial or military airport)
Passport and visa requirements may vary for non-US citizens and for dual nationals traveling on non-US passports. Such travelers should
check with the Turkish embassy or consulate to determine what credentials are required for entry.

Space-Available Head Tax/ Customs Fees on Patriot Express
There is a $35.00 head tax/customs fee for Space-A passengers destined to Baltimore Washington International Airport on the Patriot
Express mission. There is no fee for Space-A passengers traveling to Ramstein AB, Germany.
Pets
Only space required passengers in a PCS status are authorized to travel with pets/animals.
Photography on Base
Photographing military installations and official buildings (Turkish or other nationalities) is strictly forbidden by Turkish law. The penalties
may be severe, including imprisonment and/or heavy fines.
Differently abled Passengers with non-apparent disabilities
For AMC Passengers with non-apparent disabilities (such as hearing impairment, asthma, or pacemakers), please advise a Passenger Service
Agent at the time of check-in.

As always, AMC enforces a strict no-smoking policy on any aircraft.
