Jason Carl, Director of Operations for Investment Real Estate, LLC proudly announces
the appointment of Dana Sinsheimer to District Manager.
Ms. Sinsheimer started with the company as a Property Manager and most recently held the position of Assistant
District Manager. She will lead the team of property managers for Investment Real Estate Management, LLC (IREM)
and work directly with Mr. Carl.
Her responsibilities include daily operations of the properties in the IREM portfolio, developing and implementing
plans to address opportunities, identifying and celebrating operational successes, setting and driving strategic
portfolio performance goals and managing payroll, maintenance and expense budgets.

Dana has been in the self storage industry for more than 5 years. Ms. Sinsheimer is an active member of the Self Storage Association (SSA) and is also a
member of the SSA Young Leaders Group.
Dana resides in Lancaster, PA with her husband Brandon and son Thomas. She enjoys time with her family and friends, outdoor activities such as hiking and
camping, and sports.
