General Campaign Terms:
• Natural gas heating rebates are available where homeowners purchase and install new,
(not replacement), natural gas heating in an existing home before 31st August 2014;
• A limit of one rebate for each category of appliance is available per property;
• Rebates are only available for appliances purchased and installed through participating
appliance retailers and plumbers (see links below); Envestra does not reimburse
customers direct;
• A rebate is available for conversion of an LPG heating appliance.

Exclusions:
• Natural gas to natural gas replacements are not eligible for a rebate;
• ‘Installation only’ jobs are not eligible for a rebate;
• Un-flued gas heaters are not eligible for a rebate.
The sale and installation of appliances is not regulated by Envestra and prices
will vary between participating suppliers. It is recommended you obtain more
than one quote.
