How do you find the area of a rectangle?

Ex) Now, what if you combine these rectangles to make a rectangular prism? What is the surface area?
Formula: 2(lw + lh + wh)
­length x width=
­length x height=
­width x height=
­ add together x total by 2=
Find the area of each rectangle, then add the areas together. Then times that total number by 2.
